Step One

First Meeting we learn about each other and see if we feel we can work together

Step Two

I write up the notes of the meeting prepare a draft proposal of how we might work together

Step Three

Second meeting present the draft, we discuss and continue to get to know each other

Step Four

I prepare a modified proposal from the discussion and despatch to you

Step Five

Now it is decision time we agree on the terms, you sign the copy of the proposal, and we can start work together; and the meter starts to run
